Technical Memo #9: Post-Implementation Monitoring Plan

·         Description of a comprehensive monitoring program that will ultimately support and assessment of whether Phase IV project goals and objectives were achieved.

·         Introduction of experiments that will increase learning as a result of project implementation to expand the monitoring and assessment discussion.  These experiments are expected to improve future restoration projects within the DTR, and regional-level understanding of ecosystem dynamics in the Sacramento-San Joaqin watersheds.
